Bug Report: Endlless loading Screen after intro

So after the intro where one of the leader? tell you the mission I got stuck in the loading screen. For longer then 10 min.
It says:
Establishing connection to remote surveyor host

and nothing happens

I checked my taskmanager and the games exe has 0,1 % CPU usage ?!
Here is my Output log. It is to big for pastebin.

My Specs:
Amd FX6300 @4Ghz
R9270x 2GB
12 GB DDR4 RAM

It looks as though one of the world data files is missing. Can you reinstall, or verify the game content if you’re running through Steam?

I already verified the game through steam. Now I reinstalled the game twice and still the same issue

I running the game on my SSD but I don’t think it take an effect if I install it on my regular HDD.
I would realy like to explore the game today :c

The file that it can’t find is D:/Steam Games /steamapps/common/TheSignalFrom/thesignalfrom_Data/_World_Data/_MainGameWorld/Graph.xml - can you check to see whether it’s there on the disk?

Thank you for all the hints, I got it finaly to work
I have to install it on my HDD, i don’t know why but the game won’t load proper when it’s installed at my SSD.

Now i can explore the game Very excited ^^

And yes the file is there.

It sounds like Windows isn’t letting it write the SSD properly. Very odd. Do you use a virus scanner or anything like that?

Yes i’m using the latest version of kaspersky internet security.

Perhaps that allows different permissions depending on where C: is.
